i found my room excessively small this cramped space made moving around difficult also the television offered very few channels limiting my options for entertainment in the evenings this proved quite disappointing

the staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions i had. the 24-hour mini mart was convenient for grabbing snacks and essentials anytime. i appreciated the free shuttle service to the mall and beach, it saved on transportation costs and time.
the pillows were not comfortable , affecting the quality of sleep .

I enjoyed my stay a lot. the hotel is close to many shops. anouar gave me a nice room, he helped me with everything. i also enjoyed the pool. It had plenty of chairs for relaxation.
i found that the air in my room smelled slightly stuffy.

location was convenient for accessing the city center.
the room size was smaller than i expected the bed felt quite firm and uncomfortable i also noticed a persistent humming noise coming from the air conditioning unit it made it difficult to sleep soundly.

The staff member who cleaned the room was very thorough and did an excellent job.
I experienced difficulty with the air conditioning as it did not seem to work effectively. Despite reporting the issue and changing rooms the problem persisted throughout the hotel. The breakfast cost seemed excessive as the food was of poor quality. It did not even taste like eggs.
